UniqueSource is a private non-profit corporation, with the primary focus on advancing employment opportunities for Pennsylvanians with disabilities. As the central nonprofit organization operating in accordance with Section 520 of the PA Procurement code, UniqueSource connects Commonwealth procurement offices with our extensive Member network of social enterprises who provide an array of products and services. All of UniqueSource's Member organizations are non-profit organizations committed to workforce inclusion for Pennsylvanians with disabilities by providing workplaces that prioritize providing adaptive technologies, flexible job accommodations and human resource support to help their employees overcome the obstacles they have faced attaining or retaining employment. Our members, through employment, help individuals prove their abilities. This provides is a catalyst, and ultimately the momentum, that help those individuals realize her goals of employment, independence inclusion, and a sense of purpose.
