2025 Achievement Awards and Embrace the Abilities Banquet

The 2025 UniqueSource Achievement Awards recognizes outstanding workers with disabilities who demonstrate exceptional performance in the workplace. For 2025, UniqueSource is celebrating 37 individuals for their outstanding work accomplishments and for their example of determination, passion, and success. The Achievement Awards are given during the Embrace the Abilities Awards banquet that features a cocktail reception, dinner banquet, and after-party.

The 2025 Embrace the Abilities Awards banquet is open to all those interested in celebrating with us.
There is a charge to attend banquet. 

Each UniqueSource Member organization has received three complimentary tickets to the Awards Banquet - received by email on February 10 to the official Member representative as listed in our Member directory.

Tickets for Embrace the Abilities Awards Banquet are are $190.00 per person. This includes a cocktail reception, awards ceremony, banquet dinner, and after-party. Full tables of 8 may be purchased by contacting Joe Ostrander (jostrander@uniquesource.com)

Jan McInnis

As our Emcee for the evening, Jan will bring her signature humor and energy to the Awards Banquet as she guides us through the recognition and celebration of our 37 Achievement Award recipients. We are excited for an evening of inspiration and laughter.

 

Jan McInnis is a comedian, Master of Ceremonies, comedy writer and keynote speaker. For over 25 years she has shared her humor with thousands of organizations from the Federal Reserve Banks to the Mayo Clinic. She was featured in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and the Huffington Post for her clean humor, and she has sold comedy material to everything from Jay Leno’s monologue on the Tonight Show Monologue to radio, syndicated cartoon strips, greeting cards and more. She is also the author of two books, Finding The Funny Fast: How To Create Quick Humor To Connect With Clients, Coworkers And Crowds, and Convention Comedian: Stories and Wisdom From Two Decades of Chicken Dinners and Comedy Clubs.
