2025 Achievement Award Nominations
The UniqueSource Achievement Awards recognizes outstanding workers with disabilities who demonstrate exceptional performance in the workplace. Awardees will be recognized during the Embrace the Abilities Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening, May 21.
Nominating someone for the UniqueSource Achievement Awards is your opportunity to:
- Showcase the success story of your employee
- Provide your employee with a special evening of celebration and recognition of their successes
- Demonstrate the positive impact your organization has on employment for individuals with disabilities

Power of Connection Conference
The Power of Connection emphasizes the strength and possibilities that come from collaboration and partnerships. This year’s conference theme connects the creative and innovative work by focusing on the relationships and networks that make the change and growth possible.
The 2025 conference will feature a day of informative plenary sessions. The UniqueSource Member Annual Meeting will be held as will the Distinguished Service Awards.
Conference registration will open soon. Information about speakers, educational sessions, and networking events will be updated as they are confirmed.
