The UHMW (Ultra-high-molecular-weight) polyethylene blade offers superior strength and durability in below freezing temperatures.  The D-grip fiberglass handle and molded shovel support are designed to put force into the blade edge and provides the user with the ability to effectively clear snow from an unwanted area.
